We are a home staging service who provide custom styling, light renovations, and landscaping services for homes going to market, short-stay accommodation, and rentals.

We have particular focus on working with like-minded local businesses, especially those in the art and building space. Where we can, our first choice is Lutruwita-based companies.

One of Lutruwita’s greatest assets is the environment and we keep it central to our ethos. We prefer to source and salvage antiques and unique local artworks to amplify the wonderful home you already have. We approach each project a little like a gallery; we’re there to highlight the glory and tell a story. 

Our services are fully scalable, so there’s no job too big or too small for us.

Because each plan is custom, we ask that you book a consultation with us. This process involves visiting the space you’d like styled and creating a list with you of the elements you need addressed.

Once the walk-through is complete, we’ll formulate a zero-obligation quote which we’ll email through to you.

After you’ve accepted the quote, we will return on an agreed date and get down to transforming your space.

Each of our plans is custom, so we don’t have a figure to give you.

We work on a case for case basis in consultation with you, your agents and the advised scope of work, and the relative projected market value.
